Is the first the most important?
my first blog. how exciting. what an adventure. i cant wait to tell you all the exciting things i have going on in my head. patience is expected, of course, due to the slow connection speed my brain has to this computer terminal. i fully expect my blog to be the next big thing since the 'shift' key. im not even quite sure where to begin. maybe it is better to not have a start point. maybe i shall fade in from black. maybe i shall start with big white bold letters "IN THE BEGINNING". nah. thats been done before. i dont know. i guess if i were to have my own blog, i would tell how i am changed anew from my maker, who loved me enough to sacrifice his own son for my salvation. i would probably describe myself as a fun person who loves to compete, work hard, and pwn. i would tell you that i have a beautiful wife that i fall in love with more and more each day. id share with you that she has changed my life forever because of her love and compassion and strength. i might even talk about my son, who is my shining star. id say that he is the biggest, bestest, more betterest kid in the whole wide world. i would share that i have made mistakes as a father, husband, and believer...but i strive to become better. i would tell you that i dont fear tomorrow, that there is enough to worry about today. i would eventually say that i easily forgive, because i have been forgiven. and soon i would share that i have several very important people in my life, namely, beeben, erik, jason, and glenda. i would share how i look up to these people with adoration, and would protect them as i would my very own. i would probably end with a scripture verse like psalm 91:9-16. i would even try to paste it here. but i would only do that if this were my blog. so, i hope i have helped whoever i was trying to help out. i dont even remember why i started typing today. what day is it anyway? and, when is lunch?
psalm 91
9 If you make the Most High your dwelling—even the LORD, who is my refuge-
10 then no harm will befall you, no disaster will come near your tent.
11 For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways;
12 they will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.
13 You will tread upon the lion and the cobra; you will trample the great lion and the serpent.
14 "Because he loves me," says the LORD, "I will rescue him; I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name.
15 He will call upon me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honor him.
16 With long life will I satisfy him and show him my salvation."
